For those who are encountering kidney stones, you can try adding lemon to your drinking water. This basic remedy might help, according to U.S. experts. Kidney stones are those known disorders of the urinary tract. They are actually crystals that developed in the kidneys of on the small tubes which filter the urine from kidney to bladder. As far as experts claim, men are the most likely to suffer kidney problems which is about four times riskier than women which increases when reaching the age of 40. Failure of drinking enough fluid is the common cause of kidney stones but adding some lemonade or lemon slices may help in warding off kidney stones. Lemons are rich in citrate which restrains the growth of kidney stones while lemonade slows the growth of kidney stones. Save our kidneys. Let lemons save the day.

3i try this few method that works to relief pain
SEVERAL METHODS OF RELIEVING STONE PAIN:
The dilation of the ureter is the basic cause of pain. If the ureter “deflates” by anything then it should eliminate your pain. There are many available vibrators which deflates your kidney and ureter temporarily by eliminating your pain.
Two main methods which temporarily relieve your pain:
1) Walking continuously this temporarily eliminates your pain. As you walk vigorously your kidney and utres shakes. Instead of using vibrators to deflate your kidney we are applying natural treatment for relief.
2) Take different types of smooth muscle relaxants. This should be taken continuously for more than 1 week.
These methods are little bit beneficent. But they can’t relief immediately with in hours or days. Stones in the kidneys take much amount of time which may be days and nights to pass to the bladder.
